Llanbedrog is a village on the southern coast of the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales situated between Pwllheli and Abersoch.  It is especially renowned for its sheltered sandy beach, nestling under the steep rocky Llanbedrog Headland. Llanbedrog enjoys a particularly mild climate, being engulfed on three sides by the sea and on the edge of the Gulf Stream, the exceptionally sheltered position of Llanbedrog gives it the best of both worlds. Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw is a magnificent Grade II* Listed Victorian Gothic Mansion, Wales' oldest Art Gallery with a year round programme of exhibitions.  Llanbedrog has a choice of cafe's, family pubs serving great food and top quality restaurants, along with gift and craft shops and local village stores for everyday essentials.
Aberdaron known as 'The Lands' End of Wales' is a beautiful seaside village with pretty whitewashed holiday cottages, and a glorious sandy beach. Aberdaron a former fishing village is steeped in history and is a very popular holiday location enjoyed by families, couples and individuals wanting to 'get away from it all'. Strolling around the village of Aberdaron you'll find souvenir shops, cafe's and tea rooms, bars and restaurants. Award winning beaches makes Aberdaron great for families, with rock pools and sea caves to explore the kids will love it. Water sports are very popular as well, Aberdaron offers a great beach location for wind surfing, kayaking and sailing, diving and fishing, or if you prefer just relaxing on the spectacular sandy beach is also allowed.

A great location to base a walking holiday, with easy access from Aberdaron onto the Wales Coastal Path.

Bardsley Island is a 'must see' place to visit and is easily reached with boat trips from Aberdaron running throughout the summer months, see the ruins of St Mary's Abbey, the sea birds, and seals and dolphins are frequent visitors to the area, so be sure to take your camera.

If you can drag yourself away during your stay in Aberdaron there are lots of places of interest on the Llyn Peninsula you may want to visit. The popular market town of Pwllheli which is only around 15 miles away has a market twice a week, a great marina, and lots of places to eat and drink. Abersoch is a popular and very fashionable seaside resort with an abundance of water sports and sailing activities available. Also, Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn can be reached within a half hour drive.
