BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Select Holiday Rentals act as Agent for the Property Owner to take and arrange bookings. All booking terms and conditions are therefore agreed between the holidaymaker and the Property Owner.
MAKING A BOOKING
Booking requests can be made by completing the 'Booking Form'. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total holiday cost is required along with a non-refundable booking fee of £30. For short notice bookings where the booking is less than 8 weeks away then the full balance is payable immediately. Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer and details of how to make the initial payment will be advised by email. We will hold the provisional booking for 24 hours pending receipt of the deposit, if payment is not received within this time the property will be released as available again.
