Lovely, 3-bedroom caravan sited on Tal y Fan which is adjacent to and part of The Warren Abersoch. The leisure facilities, Leisure Club, Club House, shop and private beach are reached by just a very short walk through the site. This fully equipped caravan consists of open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. 3 bedrooms, the master having en-suite facilities, family bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and W.C. Outside is a fully enclosed patio to the side and front, which benefits from catching the sun all day, lovely peaceful and quiet location.

Lounge U shaped comfortable sofa, electric fire, wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player, coffee table, patio doors to the front with lovely views over fields.

Kitchen U shaped area with a good range of appliances including 60/40 fridge/freezer, gas oven, hob and grill, microwave, stainless steel sink and a range of cupboards offering excellent storage space.
Bedroom 1 double bed with 2 x bedside cabinets and wall mounted cupboards above the bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and stool, wall mounted flat screen TV. 
En-suite with sink and W.C.
Bedroom 2 Twin beds (small single size) with bedside cabinet between the beds and storage cupboards above, fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 Twin beds (small single size) with bedside cabinet between the beds and storage cupboards above, fitted wardrobe.
Family Bathroom with white suite consisting of pedestal sink, shower enclosure and W.C.
Outside Patio large completely enclosed and extending down one full side of the caravan and to the front, patio table and 6 chairs, 2 recliner lounger chairs.
Heating the caravan has gas central heating and hot water on demand provided by a combi boiler.
Parking for 2 cars by the caravan.

Bedding - duvets and pillows are provided - guests to bring own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, tea towels and towels.

We did have a very nice time. Accessing the site was fine although no one was at reception, I walked down the hill to the caravan and the map was most helpful. All in all, we had a very good break in a nice relaxing location. Thanks for all your prompt and helpful responses. Terry

We had a wonderful time thank you. Caravan was lovely, access to the Warren Leisure Centre was a bonus suiting the wide age range within our group and close proximity to the beach was also a great benefit. We had everything we needed.

Your communication has been excellent making arrangements very easy to negotiate and our stay all the more relaxing. I will definitely use you again and plan to start organising another mini break very soon. Best regards, Christine

We had a fantastic time last week and very much enjoyed our stay. The caravan was great and well equipped with everything we needed.
