Chalet W11 is a gorgeous lodge on the prestigious site Tal y Fan, next to and part of The Warren Abersoch. There is a convenient footpath close by to access The Warren and it's just a short walk to the leisure facilities, Club House and shop. The chalet consists of: 3 bedrooms, the master offers a king size bed with en-suite, 2 further twin rooms and family bathroom, open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Fully enclosed large decked patio area to the front and both sides with a table and 6 chairs and also a comfortable sofa set with table. Parking to the side of the chalet.

Lounge with modern comfortable seating consisting of 3 seater settee and a 2 seater settee, free standing flat screen digital TV, electric fire, windows looking onto the front and side patios
Kitchen with integrated appliances including electric single oven with grill, electric hob with extractor hood above, separate under counter fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap, washer/dryer
Dining area with table and six chairs, patio doors leading out to the front patio
Bedroom 1 King size bed with bedside cabinets either side, wall mounted TV, large built in wardrobe with top shelf, hanging rail and drawers. 
En-suite With white suite, large shower cubicle, wash basin and wall mounted mirror door cabinet above, toilet, heated towel rail
Bedroom 2 Twin room with 3' single size beds, wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobe with top shelf, hanging rail and drawers, bedside cabinet between the beds
Bedroom 3 Twin room with 3' single size beds, wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobe, 3 x drawers
Bathroom White suite consisting of bath, pedestal wash basin, wall mounted mirror door cabinet, heated towel rail, toilet
Patio area large fully enclosed decked patio to the front and side, patio furniture consisting of table and 6 chairs, and also comfortable sofa set with table
Parking for one car to the side of the chalet

Bedding - duvets and pillows are provided - guests to bring own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. If you require bed linen and/or towels, then this service may be provided at an extra charge from an independent company upon enquiry through ourselves.
Arrival / Departure times - Arrive from 5pm on day of arrival and depart by 9am on day of departure

In regards to our stay we honestly had the best time! We loved the chalet so much and would absolutely love to be able to visit again in the future. We felt very lucky to be able to stay in such a gorgeous home from home.

We had a lovely holiday and we were so lucky with the weather! Chalet was perfect, so clean and everything needed provided, or if not provided, we had been advised we needed to take it with us. Would love to rent the chalet again next year! 
Really appreciate all your help at Select Holiday Rentals, Sue - very efficient. The member of staff at the Warren with regard to car registration, was very helpful also.

We had a fantastic time at Tal y fan. Thank you so much for organizing it for us and for your continued help and advice when there. It was greatly appreciated. 
The chalet was gorgeous. So pretty, tastefully decorated, well kitted out, light, bright, clean and organized. We loved it! It was my idea of heaven to open the doors and be able to step on the lovely decking area. The seating outside was super. We loved the attention to detail such as the pretty little lights outside. Such a wonderful place to relax. Lovely view and fresh air. 
The beach was so beautiful and not crowded and packed. We had such a lovely time there. The facilities were super. Having the swimming pool and sports facilities and shop on hand was fantastic. 
Abersoch is so pretty too and so close at hand. It was the perfect holiday.

It was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for a week's stay so please pass on our thanks to the owners.
