Chalet Y7 is a gorgeous well presented lodge on the prestigious site Tal y Fan, next to and part of The Warren Abersoch. There is a convenient footpath close by to access The Warren and beach, and it's just a short walk to the leisure facilities, Club House and shop. The chalet consists of: 3 bedrooms, the master offers a king size bed, second bedroom with double bed, and a third bedroom with one single bed and two single bunk beds. Family bathroom, plus separate W.C., open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Elevated plot with lovely open views over farmland to the sea, fully enclosed tiered paved patio area surrounds the chalet with furniture including dining table with 6 chairs, 4 swivel chairs with 2 small tables and large sofa with a table. Generous parking on a large driveway to the side of the chalet for up to 4 cars.
